I havent had a period now in 2months and 2weeks! I have done numerous Home pregnancy tests which all come..?

back negative. I went too the doctor and he seems to find nothing bizarre that i havent come on even tho im normal as regular as clockwork! The doctor reluctantly took a pee sample to send off for analysis yet it came back negative and doctor says that wont investigate until im months late. im panickin as to wat could be wrong with me.. any ideas?! me and my partner both want kids but now im worried i could have sum problems :-( any advice??
