I need an AT&T phone upgrade?

I am not eligible for a phone upgrade on my phone until the end of June. But I am needing a new phone now, when I look online they are giving me the no committment price. I was wondering if they might allow me to get a phone on sale if I am willing to sign another 2 year contract. Does anyone know?
