I think he may have a low self esteem issue,sweetie. He sounds kinda nervous about meeting you in person and REALLY nervous about getting physical. He probably does want to do those things-but i think he may be a virgin. when yov meet him-meet in a public place. he sounds sweet but you have to be careful. and it will take the pressure off of him if he is scared. good luck honey!
