When should we get married? Am I too young?

I have been with my boyfriend for a year. I am 19 and he is about to be 21. We are very mature for our age and both are in college. I can't wait to marry him and build a life and family together. He speaks the same way, we love each other very much. When I talk about children he wants to wait til at least he has his bacholer degree which i agree with totally. but i want to marry him so badly. i know what i want. i want to take care of him and build a home with him. if he wants a child at least in 3-5 years, we should marry first. am i too young to be thinking this way? i really don't think so. it really is just a symbol of love and total commitment. People make it seem soooo serious and life changing and need sooo much money and time before it. I just dont think of marriage simply as that, but more so showing love and committment. its not about money or having that huge house right away and having that great career and 100k a year before you can get married i feel. maybe im wrong.....input please? and also by the way my man speaks about having a child, do u think he would ask me to marry him soon?
